About eight mobile pumps are attached on Jalan Jatinegara Barat, Kampung Melayu, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. Pumps that have a capacity of 1,000 liters per second will tackle the overflowing waters of Ciliwung River.

Mamat, (50), one of mobile pump operators said the pump is from Ciliwung-Cisadane Flood Control Office (BBWSCC) and has been alerted since Monday (2/1) night. They will suck up puddles and speed up its depreciation.
"Our pump will operate from morning until noon to dispose puddles in citizen residential to Ciliwung," he expressed, Tuesday (2/2).
